All orders are processed within 2–5 business days from the time the order is placed.

Sales outside the United States are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted.

Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping laws vary by country. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the products being ordered comply with local import regulations. SpoilerKing LLC is not responsible for any items that are restricted, delayed, or rejected by customs.

Note for European shipments: Packages shipped to Europe will not include the adhesion promoter or alcohol prep pads due to customs regulations, as these items are classified as flammable materials. This helps prevent shipping delays or order rejections.
